Return Eligibility
You may return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at support@zeniawear.com to initiate your return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping the Item: Pack your item securely and ship it back to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and indicate your desired exchange item in your return request. We will send you the new item once your return is processed.
